Lindsay & Scott at Carberry Tower

Congratulations to Lindsay & Scott, who were married recently at Carberry Tower near Musselburgh.

I wish you all the best in your new adventure as Mr and Mrs Attwood x

Wedding at the museum

Michelle and Craig had a gorgeous 50s inspired day. They were married at the Lothian Chambers followed by a reception at the newly opened National Museum of Scotland.

I’ve featured a few of these images before but there’s the full post…

A note on the suppliers from this fabulous day –

A wedding at The Caves

Kathryn & Craig got married mid February at The Caves in Edinburgh. The Caves is a venue which to me feels very Edinburgh, steeped with Scottish history and full of atmosphere.

We headed up to the Royal Mile to capture some portraits which I feel compliment the day perfectly…

1st wedding this year…

However this was well over a month ago…I’m a little slow with blogging!

My year has been pretty busy already, the wedding season seemed to start early! 1st one this year was a lovely wee wedding at The Scotsman Hotel.

I’ve been rather lucky, so far anyway, with the weather for the winter weddings, we’ve managed at avoid snow, storms, rain & hail – it has been chilly at times but thats a small price to pay for the winter sunshine.

Secretly thou i wished it snowed…x

Natalie & Ben at Barony Castle

Wedding photographer at Barony Castle, Eddleston, Scottish Borders.

Barony Castle have an old alter at the bottom of a tree lined avenue, and despite it being the 5th of November (very much winter in my eyes!) Natalie was determined to be married here.

Her dream come true, it didn’t rain and their guests came well prepared in welly boots and winter coats! Regardless of it being a little chilly the ceremony was romantic, to say the least…

And of course no 5th of November would be complete without fireworks…
